THE RAW MATERIAL

The book is already in the work

Your book isn't missing.
It's scattered.

Across decisions you made under pressure. Frameworks your team already uses. Stories you tell clients, partners, friends, and family.

Across talks, interviews, emails, voice notes, photographs, presentations, failures, and lessons that now feel obvious only because you paid to learn them.

The problem is not material.
It is extraction, structure, articulation, and time.

WHO IT'S FOR

Audience · Authority · Impact · Legacy

What should
your book do?

Choose the reason that feels closest. The strongest projects often carry more than one.

01Audience

They already listen. Give them something they can keep.

For creators, speakers, athletes, entertainers, podcasters, and rising public voices ready to give their audience more than the next post, episode, talk, or appearance.

HOW THE BOOK EMERGES

We do not start with chapter one

We start with
what only you know.

01

Find the book

Clarify the reader, purpose, central conviction, intended use, and why the book matters now.

02

Gather the source

Organize the conversations, records, stories, frameworks, photographs, and existing work.

03

Build the architecture

Shape the reader journey, chapter logic, supporting stories, evidence, and open questions.

04

Calibrate the voice

Develop a representative passage, read it aloud, and approve the direction before full drafting.

05

Write, edit & approve

Develop the complete manuscript through writing, editing, source review, fact-checking, revision, and final approval.

06

Produce, publish & launch

Carry the approved manuscript through cover and interior design, ISBN and metadata, printing, publishing, distribution, audiobook production, and launch support as defined in the engagement.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

A body of work built to last.

Chapter architecture

A clear reader journey, argument, narrative movement, and finish line.

Voice calibration

Two founders. Two disciplines. One standard.

Brent Cole
+ Vic Keller

TRUE48 brings together two very different careers around one shared belief: the most consequential books aren't manufactured; they're uncovered.

QUESTIONS

Before we
begin.

01Do I need to know exactly what my book is about?

No. Part of the work is determining whether there is a real book in the material, who needs it, and what it should become. You do need earned experience, usable source material, and a willingness to make clear decisions.

02Do I need a large audience?

No. Audience is only one reason to create a book. Authority, Impact, and Legacy can matter just as much. Some of the most important books begin with no public following at all.

03Will the book sound like me?

That is the standard. The process uses interviews and approved source material, develops a voice-calibration passage, and requires approval before full drafting. The engagement defines how voice is tested, reviewed, and corrected.

04Who writes and edits the book?

Every proposal identifies Vic's role, Brent's role, the editorial lead, the writing and editing responsibilities, and the people accountable for the manuscript.

05Is this only a book company?

The book is the anchor. With approval, its source material may support podcast content, video, articles, keynotes, social content, frameworks, curriculum, a knowledge archive, or other intellectual property. Those extensions are included only when the proposal says they are.

06Do you publish and launch the book too?

Yes. TRUE48 can manage the complete path from the first conversation through a finished book: manuscript development, editing, cover and interior design, ISBN and metadata, printing, publishing, distribution, audiobook production, and launch support. The exact services and publishing route are defined before the work begins.

07What does it cost?

Every project begins with a private assessment of the material, reader, purpose, complexity, timing, and desired extensions. The complete book investment—from development through publication and launch—and any additional media work are stated clearly before the engagement begins.

WHY TRUE48

What is true
is worth preserving.

TRUE48 takes its name from Philippians 4:8: Whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy...think on these things.

For us, it is a quiet standard for the work: rooted in truth, shaped with care, and worthy of carrying your name.

Maybe it is time
to find out
what the book is.

Tell us what you have built, what people keep asking you to explain, who needs the book, and why it matters now.

Your answers are submitted privately to TRUE48 and used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell this information. Assessment records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for review, follow-up, and necessary business records; limited technical data is retained briefly to prevent abuse.
